Le CRC (L. Bouali, B. Fontaine, S. Louvet, N. Philippon, P. Roucou, S. Sijikumar) y occupe une place centrale puisqu’il participe à 4 groupes de travail : 1.1 West African Monsoon and the Global Climate ; 1.2 : Water Cycle ; 1.4 : Scaling issues in the West African Monsoon. B. Fontaine coordonne par ailleurs au plan international le sous groupe 1.1.3 intitulé « Predictability of the WAM from intra-seasonal to multi-seasonal times scales ».
